Customizing Task Statuses

Personalize Workflow to align with your team's specific processes by customizing task statuses.

The default statuses are 'Backlog', 'In Progress', 'In Review', and 'Done.'

Adding a New Task Status

  1. Go to the Kanban board.
  2. Scroll to the board's far right.
  3. Click the "+" icon to add a new status column.
  4. Enter your new status's name.

Note: Drag and drop your status columns to rearrange their order.

Editing an Existing Task Status

  1. On the Kanban board, find the status you wish to modify.
  2. Click on the settings (gear icon) next to the status name.
  3. Select 'Edit' from the dropdown menu and modify as needed.

Deleting a Status

  1. Navigate to the status you wish to delete on the Kanban board.
  2. Click on the settings (gear icon) next to the status.
  3. Select 'Delete.
