Customizing Task Statuses
Personalize Workflow to align with your team's specific processes by customizing task statuses.
The default statuses are 'Backlog', 'In Progress', 'In Review', and 'Done.'
Adding a New Task Status
- Go to the Kanban board.
- Scroll to the board's far right.
- Click the "+" icon to add a new status column.
- Enter your new status's name.
Note: Drag and drop your status columns to rearrange their order.
Editing an Existing Task Status
- On the Kanban board, find the status you wish to modify.
- Click on the settings (gear icon) next to the status name.
- Select 'Edit' from the dropdown menu and modify as needed.
Deleting a Status
- Navigate to the status you wish to delete on the Kanban board.
- Click on the settings (gear icon) next to the status.
- Select 'Delete.
